Unit Description: Join our 9-station inpatient acute dialysis/apheresis unit if you want to work with a great team of supportive professionals who value teamwork, safety, quality and good coffee. We offer a comprehensive and personalized orientation program. After mastering the basics, you will learn to perform renal replacement therapies in the ICU setting, and become proficient in apheresis therapies, peritoneal dialysis and pediatric renal replacement therapies. A willingness to be flexible with an ever-changing census is a must. Ideally you will have had inpatient nursing experience. Patient to nurse ratio is 1:1 or 2:1 assignment.
On-Call: Required
Incentives: $10,000 sign on bonus. One year of dialysis experience required to receive the sign on bonus. Subject to tax withholdings and additional terms and conditions apply.
