Unit Description: At the administrative direction of the Radiation Oncology Operations Supervisor, and the clinical direction of the Radiation Oncologist, the Radiation Oncology Registered Nurse works with the Oncologist and other Radiation Oncology staff to assess and respond to the specialized nursing needs of radiation therapy patients.
- Oncology Certified Nurse certification preferred. BLS training required.
- Two years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience required.
- Radiation Oncology experience preferred.
On-call: Not required.
