Unit Description: Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to grow your skills in a supportive, community-centered hospital? Our busy Medical/Surgical Unit at Porter Medical Center is welcoming night shift RNs who are passionate about exceptional patient care and eager to expand their clinical experience.

🩺 Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Current RN or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont

  • BLS required; ACLS required for specific departments

  • At least 1 year of hospital RN experience

🌙 About the Position

This is a night shift Registered Nurse role on our vibrant Med/Surg Unit, perfect for nurses who thrive in a dynamic hospital setting and want to broaden their expertise while making a meaningful impact in our community.

On-call: Not required.

Incentives: 💰 Generous Incentives

  • $20,000 Night Shift Bonus

  • $5/hour Night Shift Differential

  • $2/hour Weekend Differential

  • $9,200 Relocation Bonus for relocating RNs

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area.  Varies by unit.
