JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide the primary financial management and related analysis support for Alice Hyde Medical Center and The Alice Center. Act as the liaison for Finance by interpreting the finance support needs of his/her customer group(s)and responding to those needs by facilitating the application of appropriate resources in conjunction with Finance. Organize and present the financial basis for strategic and operational decision making by his/her customers (leadership team).
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Requires exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Must have outstanding organizational and communication skills. Must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with database management systems and electronic spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Access, SQL, Oracle). Requires extensive knowledge of Reimbursement Management Rules or equivalent knowledge of similar programs. Requires proficiency in computer systems to access and use multiple data systems. Must have ability to perform a variety of complex duties ranging from direct involvement in individual processes to overseeing projects; including planning, implementing, and subsequent follow up.
