- You have a passion for caregiving and want to make a positive difference.
- You are a compassionate and reliable individual.
- You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Vermont Nursing Assistant license.
- Previous homecare or facility care desired.
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill and/or incapacitated, and to explain/teach basic skills.
- Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively.
- Deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary.
