This is a bargaining union position.
Per Diem LPN | Malone, NY
Variable Shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
Shift Differentials: $5.50 evenings | $7.00 nights
Base Pay Range: $26.21-$35.96
Join The Alice Center as a Per Diem LPN providing resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Flexible scheduling, supportive team, and competitive shift differentials.
Per diem staff are expected to work a minimum of two 8-hour shifts per pay period, including two weekend shifts per month, plus one minor and one major holiday shift per year. Weekend call-outs must be made up within one month.
Provide medications, assist with ADLs, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the care team. Current NY LPN license and BLS certification required. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
