Are you passionate about bringing joy, purpose, and connection to older adults? We’re looking for a compassionate Activities Programmer to join our Memory Care Neighborhood team in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont! Under the guidance of the Director of Activities, you’ll design and lead both group and one-on-one activities that support the emotional, cognitive, and social needs of our wonderful residents.💬🎨🎶
Your work will help create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment—one where every resident feels valued, seen, and cared for. All activities are supervised in accordance with Vermont State Code.

🎓 Education & Experience
Experience working with older adults or in healthcare preferred but not required
High School Diploma required

- Experience in Long-Term Care, Senior Living, or Dementia Care (preferred)
- Strong organizational and planning abilities

- Accurate documentation and computer proficiency
