Join Our Team at The University of Vermont Health Network! The Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) is hiring for a Program Coordinator to join their team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a PHSO Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving High Value Care initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading project management efforts for various initiatives.
Developing comprehensive project plans.
Setting and facilitating meeting goals and discussions.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring cross-functional efforts to achieve key milestones and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, social work, healthcare administration, public health) is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years in a related field with demonstrated experience in active project management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. We are looking for a dynamic personality who can inspire and lead projects effectively.
