Associate Provider Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Special Project Leader of Network Operations, the Associate Provider Recruiter, an experienced professional to implement and execute provider recruitment strategies for UVMHN. The associate will play a critical role in guiding candidates through the recruitment process and communicating with network leadership. Serving as a liaison between the provider, hiring leader, network department and senior leadership.                                                                                                                                         

The Associate Provider Recruiter will facilitate recruitment activities by carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.    The Associate Provider Recruiter will work towards developing the necessary skill set to transition to a Provider Recruitment position.     
 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree strongly required or 3 years of experience in a clinically integrated health network.

EXPERIENCE:

1 year of significant physician recruitment experience.
