Make a Difference Every Day: Administrative Assistant & LNA

Join our caring team in a unique dual role! As an Administrative Assistant & Licensed Nursing Assistant, you'll be the vital link between efficient unit operations and providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. Use your organizational and people skills to support both our team and those we serve.

This position is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30pm.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Streamline Unit Operations: Manage admissions, records, physician orders, and communication, ensuring a smooth and organized environment.
  • Be a Key Point of Contact: Handle calls, coordinate appointments and transportation, and welcome visitors.
  • Provide Direct Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities, observe and report changes in condition, and support residents with meals – all within your LNA scope.
  • Contribute to a Positive Culture: Uphold resident rights, proactively address concerns, and collaborate effectively with the team.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Tech-savvy and organized.
  • An excellent communicator and team player.
  • Knowledgeable about the aging process.
  • Holds a valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont.
  • A safe driver with a clean record.
  • Experienced as an LNA (2+ years in long-term care preferred).
